Glass Microfiber Filters
Whatman glass microfiber filters without binder feature low resistance to fluid flow and high particle-loading capacity. These filters can be used at temperatures up to 500ºC. The fine capillary structure of glass fiber filters can absorb large quantities of water, enabling spot tests and liquid scintillation counting methods. Glass microfiber filters are mainly used in applications such as air or water monitoring and can be used as pre-filters for membranes.

Syringe Filters
Whatman Uniflo
Whatman Uniflo syringe filters from GE Healthcare’s Life Sciences business combine premium quality with economic efficiency. Filters are well suited for rapid, routine syringe filtration of sample volumes up to 100 ml in laboratory sample preparation. They are available in a variety of membrane choices and pore sizes with a polypropylene overmold housing. Uniflo filters are individually inkjet printed for easy filter identification and packaged in clean resealable, recyclable plastic boxes to optimize laboratory storage space.

GDX
Our Whatman GD/X Syringe Filters are available in 13 and 25 mm diameter, sterile and non-sterile, with a range of membrane types and pore sizes. Whatman GD/X Syringe Filter range is specifically designed for high particulate-loaded samples. Constructed of a pigment-free polypropylene housing with a prefiltration stack of Whatman GMF 150 (graded density) and GF/F glass microfiber media, these filters allow you to filter even the most difficult samples with less hand pressure. Whatman GD/X syringe filters can process three to seven times more sample volume than standard syringe filters.

Syringeless Filters
Whatman Mini-UniPrep syringeless filters are for HPLC/UHPLC sample filtration. They are all-in-one devices that act both as filters and HPLC autosampler vials. A single Mini-UniPrep filter vial replaces syringe filter, syringe, autosampler vial, cap, and septum.
