Service Plans

We take the guesswork and needless expense out of the services budget by making sure that your instrumentation is always functioning efficiently, is up to date with software updates and replacement parts are available when they are needed. Our service plans are designed to benefit our customers with priority support and scheduled preventative maintenance.

While many companies stick to one-size-fits-all service plans, we do something different. We created customer-centred service modules to cover every type of service challenge from installation, inspection, validation, repairs, maintenance, and training. We also provide you with enormous flexibility.

 

• Select only the service modules you want with the service level you need.
• Add modules at time of equipment purchase, during warranty, or after.
• Combine modules.
• Or create a customised service plan that matches your unique requirements.

The plans are available for: Balances, Centrifuges, CO2 Incubators, Cold Storage Units, Cryopreservation, Environmental Chambers, Freeze Dryers, Furnaces, General Purpose Incubators, Microplate Instrumentation, Pipettes, Ovens and Vacuum Ovens, Shakers, Stirrers and Mixers, Thermal Cyclers, Vacuum Concentrators, Water Baths and Water Purification.

Comprehensive Support Plan  

Silver Service

• One scheduled preventive maintenance visit per year
• Electrical safety test to confirm earth continuity
• Written service report detailing actions and recommendations
• The instrument or system is fully checked and adjusted to manufacturer's specifications
• Free technical phone support
• 10% discount on electrical, mechanical items

 

Gold Service

• One scheduled preventive maintenance visit per year
• Free labour for breakdown service required for the duration of the contract (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
• Electrical safety test to confirm earth continuity
• Written service report detailing actions and recommendations
• The instrument or system is fully checked and adjusted to manufacturer's specifications
• Free technical phone support
• 15% discount on electrical, mechanical items

  Training & Education
 
Comprehensive Support Plan  

Platinum Service

• One scheduled preventive maintenance visit per year
• Free labour for breakdown service required for the duration of the contract (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
• Electrical safety test to confirm earth continuity
• Written service report detailing actions and recommendations
• The instrument or system is fully checked and adjusted to manufacturer's specifications
• Free technical phone support
• 15% discount on service consumables items
• Replacement parts for faulty electronics boards and components and mechanical items (Parts misused and abused excluded, normal wear and tear items excluded, consumables excluded, ie. brushes, filters & oils)
